All fully paid and verified orders will be processed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days. Please note that weekends and U.S. federal holidays are excluded from processing time.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days within the United States. Please keep in mind that these shipping times are estimates and can vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays, carrier capacity, or severe weather conditions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and shipping destination, and will be displayed at checkout. Any promotions for free shipping will be clearly advertised on our website. No additional delivery charges will be billed after payment is completed.

Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. If your tracking information shows no updates for 9 or more consecutive days, please contact our customer support at vanruitenstusseej346@gmail.com for assistance.

Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds for returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned items.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. After this window, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be canceled.

Additional Information

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military restricted addresses, or internationally sanctioned regions.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to delivery refusal, invalid address, or expired courier pickup, return shipping fees will be charged to the buyer. Reshipment fees will also apply for additional deliveries.
