Return & Refund Policy

At ryzesuperfoods, we offer a 30-calendar-day return window starting from the date your order is confirmed as delivered by the local courier. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at vanruitenstusseej346@gmail.com within this period. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items are unused, unaltered, and in original factory-new condition.
  • Original packaging is intact and unopened, including brand tags, accessories, and instruction manuals.
  • Items are not part of the non-returnable categories listed below.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and customization reasons, the following products are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Facial cosmetics, skincare serums, oral care products, and personal hygiene supplies.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and single-use disposable items.
  • Custom engraved, printed, or personalized made-to-order merchandise.
  • Clearance or final sale items marked "Final Sale, No Returns Permitted."

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout for your reference.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending photos or videos showing the item and packaging to vanruitenstusseej346@gmail.com. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost and cover all return shipping fees. You can choose a full refund or a replacement shipment free of charge.

Voluntary Returns

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, such as personal preference or fit, you will cover both the original shipping fees and the return shipping expenses. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds for returned merchandise will be issued only after our warehouse receives and inspects the items.

Return Process

  1. Contact customer support at vanruitenstusseej346@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs or videos of the item.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions including the return shipping address.
  3. Securely package the item and ship it back to the provided address.
  4. Provide the return tracking number to customer support.
  5. Our warehouse inspection takes 5-8 business days after receiving the item.
  6. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Timing

Refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 business days after the return is inspected and approved. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase by contacting customer service at vanruitenstusseej346@gmail.com. After this cancellation window, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Additional Notes

  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable unless the error is our fault.
  • Claims for lost parcels after confirmed delivery by the courier are not eligible for refunds.
  • Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will be refused and cannot be refunded.
  • Exchange requests for different sizes, colors, or styles must be made within 30 days and are subject to the same return shipping terms.
